Refusals/rejections relating to immigration applications are extremely common in the process but will be a huge disappointment for the applicant. There are many recognized and unknown reasons for the refusals.
Each immigration application has a risk of refusal; if you receive a refusal you may appeal to a tribunal or relevant court or apply for a new visa. In some circumstances, some visa subclasses do not have a right to appeal. Some occasions, if you have a right to appeal but the appeal cannot be successful because some special circumstances have not been met. And also re-apply for the same visa subclass may be more affordable and quicker than the appeal process if the applicant cannot meet the necessary legal requirement during the required timeframe. In some cases, the applicant is requested to leave Australia to lodge the new applications.
We recommend that you need to receive legal advice from a qualified lawyer before you lodge your appeal or new application after the refusal. Our immigration lawyers are experts at advising you on the best sustainable option for your circumstances.
